All descriptions of design and colour are the views of Barncroft Design. Colours may vary on different computer monitors. Customers should satisfy themselves of wallpaper design and colour by examining a sample before placing an order. No purchase can be made without seeing a sample.
We supply from a number of reputable companies and we are confident in the ability of our carriers and distributors to deliver your products in good condition. In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged or faulty they will be replaced. If there is a problem with the wallpaper you must inform us in writing within 14 working days and the paper returned to the distributor within 30 days. No more than two lengths of wallpaper are to be used if a fault is found. Please read manufacturers’ instructions carefully. We cannot be held responsible for a decorator’s costs if rolls of wallpaper are not inspected prior to hanging and a fault is found. Always retain the wallpaper label so that we can respond to any query.
Part orders and single rolls cannot be returned so please measure carefully. Do contact us if you need a second opinion. No ‘opened’ rolls of paper can be returned (unless faulty) as they cannot be resold. Any cancelled order, after payment, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to our costs. Special order papers cannot be returned.
